Deadlifts, are not bad for your Back

Your injuries do not limit you, do not define you & certainly won’t be with you forever. Well, that is, if you are willing to do something about it 🤷🏻‍


Also, Deadlifts are not bad for your back. When done right 👀 Let me explain...


Conor started training with me a few weeks back with limited experience in resistance training. He also came with a history of niggling knee & lower back problems.

After a few weeks work on mobility he has since pulled 110kg from the floor with the Hex bar & at the first time of asking pulled 90kg in a Conventional Deadlift set up from blocks...


Pain free, might I add 👀


It doesn’t stop there though. As we work on his mobility weekly, the next step is pulling big numbers from the floor. As from the video evidence suggests hes not too far away from doing that.


This is all down to Conor's great work rate. He continually shows up week on week ready to put that effort in that will help him improve his everyday life. He is seeing those benefits now & will continue to do so.
